Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
Your total satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss any issues with your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, however we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any issues with your order or provide options to help ensure your satisfaction. If you believe you have received an order with a defective or damaged product or part, or have any issues concerning your order, please call our sales professionals during normal business hours to discuss your order.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Any order cancellations or modifications after an order has been placed may be requested, but are not guaranteed, and must be made by phone within one business day of placing the order by calling our sales professionals during normal business hours. Cancellations or modifications cannot be made by email or fax. You will be responsible for any applicable charges including additional shipping costs if you wish to modify an order that has already been shipped.
